We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your product, we offer a 30-day refund policy. Simply contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll be happy to assist you with a refund or return.

• Return the new used items to us within 30 calendar days of delivery.
• Simply contact our support team at contact@highlyhome.com to initiate your return.
• Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
• Please be considerate when placing your order to choose the correct size, color, etc. of your product to avoid any returns for exchanges.
• Cancellations are only accepted within 90 minutes after an order is placed. Please if you have to cancel your order for any reason after the 90 minute period, reach out to us immediately at contact@highlyhome.com to see if we can still cancel your order. We process orders as quickly as possible, so cancellations are time sensitive.
